We explore our relationship with water sources through practices that bring us closer to this element. The Wax Kit project is born from our relationship with the sea. In surfing, the ritual of applying wax occurs precisely in the transition between land and sea.
The waxkit is hand-carved and made from huayruro wood, a tree native to the Peruvian Amazon. The comb that accompanies it has a natural fiber braided ribbon.
We share with Loyalsea’s founder, Katharina Kieck, the love for the sea and the idea that by through design we can avoid the use of plastic, and thus generate a positive contact with natural spaces.
