The Wetlands pieces are developed from research into coastal ecosystems. In wetlands grow plant species such as reeds and cattails, with whose fibers the first fabrics were developed in 6000 BC in Peru. These ecosystems serve as a transit point for migratory birds and guano birds that come in search of warm climates from various places: the islands, the Andes, the Amazon and different regions from the North and South Poles to the equatorial zones. Wetlands are a natural filter thanks to the plants that grow in them. In addition, their capacity to retain water makes them one of the most productive ecosystems in the biosphere.
